My mom and brother went there to exchange money and we're pleased with the rates and professionalism of the staff. Daniel is a great family man and I recommend his exchange office for anyone!

Extremely unprofessional and unprepared for a business to not provide a receipt or documentation for this type of service *Edit to reply to the owner- There was no misunderstanding, ask the staff member working around 1220pm Saturday October 23 why he said he ran out of paper and would not print me a receipt. I exchanged $1000 cad for usd. Extremely suspicious and I would question if he pocketed a portion and did not want a paper trail.
J	James Guenther on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, I went to convert money here, they gave me very large denominations of bills in the currency I chose, and then refused to give me smaller denominations of those bills, saying I could “purchase more” in smaller bills if I wanted, it’s very clear this is a dodgy business and many of the “5 star” reviews they have are fake. Steer CLEAR anyone who doesn’t want a bad, confrontational experience.

When they were complete and I had the euro in hand the other gentleman (I think was the owner) came over and said there was a mistake, that because both transactions amounted to over $10,000 it would have to be one transaction under my name and must be reported to the government (that would of been nice to know before going through all that). Because I wanted a separate receipt for my family member and plus my portion of the money I could justify where the money came from, I thought it wasn't best to do that, so I gave back the family members portion of the transaction. I understand the rules are the rules. The gentleman then told me I could exchange it after 24 hours and to come back the next day after 3pm. It was a Friday. I went back the next day and they were closed. Amazing. No misunderstandings here on my part. How could he not know the hours of his business.

The owner gentleman, Mr. Kamal, is so nice, helpful, polite and down to the earth. In a very recent occasion, I asked him to expedite a wire transfer and he went the extra mile to make it happen. It took him more than an hour making calls to different banks, but he did it to help me have peace of mind. You deserve more than 5 star!
