★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son took the bus to the mall just to look around and see what to start saving for. He discovered Blue notes was having a 40% off sale (one day only) so he and his friend took the bus back home to get money then back to Blue notes to buy the shirts he was going for. Once back there an hour or two later the cashier wouldn't honour the sale. They claimed it ended while he was gone. So ridiculous. Poor kid left the mall pretty upset having been treated so poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a retail clothing store within Coquitlam Center and I'm just unable to give this store a good review. Nothing bothers me more then to go in to a Brand clothing store, and the music is playing so loud, and the on floor staff are too busy talking to each about thier party life and not once asking the customer if they need help. I think this location needs a much better manager that can teach the employees customer service skills. I don't believe we will be shopping at this location anytime in the near future...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great deals on clothing. Took my teenage nephew here to get a winter coat, he loved the jacket and I got 50% off! Ended up buying several other items because the prices were so good. He loved the stylish guys clothing at such a great price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son asked me to look for some joggers so I was in the market for some for a growing teen that wouldn't cost a fortune to replace if he damaged them or when he out grows them. After going to bootlegger and having a bad experience I headed over here and I found the perfect joggers for him. Great price even thought im sure the quality isn't made to last it doesn't matter as he will ruin them some way anyways. They have some really cute women wear for casual or lounging not exactly zoom business apparel right now but really cute stuff. For selection and price i was really impressed. Mask enforcement was ok but really everywhere I went in the mall no where was really enforcing this "mandatory" requirement. First time going shopping at the mall since covid happened so i was disappointed at the lack if safety really taken by all stores. But that being said really impressed with this store overall but will order online instead as i dont want to go to the mall again anytime soon.

Also they have good deals with discounts on most items & clothing in the store! They have good quality prices,clothes,t shirts,sweaters & sweatpants etc for both female & male!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service! Every youngster is so helpful to every situation in the store. The only things I wish that could be done better is the personal mirror should be done behind the change room door, not outside. It's a little embarrassing to step out, or open the door to look at yourself, when you're not confident in your clothing piece. However, the big mirrors outside are very useful. And the texting message for 10% off, should also have been included for email to do.
