★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only retail clothing store I go to now. Staff are friendly and helpful and they stock Fred Perry. Prices are reasonable, not inflated like some other places. They have decent sales sometimes but I’m happy to pay full retail to support a good business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the most amazing experience at this location! The staff are incredible, so helpful and very personable ! Even when they are busy doing something else they are always quick to ask if you are doing okay . Perfect customer service , i have to commend the one girl helping my husband as well , he found so many things he absolutely loved( and is usually extremely picky with clothing) . Will definitely be a repeat customer ! I am NEVER disappointed with this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted a pair of jeans from Aritzia, they wouldn't pick up the phone and never say hi. I called Plenty before I left work, they were very helpful in setting aside a pair of pants for me and were happy to go look into it for me. When I got there, the pants weren't quite what I wanted. I don't remember her name but she was very helpful in showing me all the different similar styles she had available, picked out my sizes and did not make me feel rushed at all. She was awesome and I really appreciate the customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their stock is decent but they rarely have sales, which isn't a big enough problem to leave less than 5 stars. I'm not sure why everyone is leaving negative reviews about customer service. The girls there have always been welcoming and helpful to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced. One staff said i can get my clothes get refunded in 2 weeks so I bought a $80 sweater (kinda pricy). After one day, I went to the store for a refund and the staff said discounted item cannot be refunded. They have a card on the counter that have couple or more paragraphs that says no refund in font size 10 but who read that? I relied on the word of the staff it can be refunded and I got rejected. Hope they don't tell ppl that they can be refunded when you cannot.
