A	Allie R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store but the last time I was here the customer service was awful. The girl helping me had an attitude and I was nothing but polite to her. I originally planned to only buy one item, but she insisted there was a deal if I picked another item too. I tried to tell her I just want one but she insisted so I purchased something I don’t want/need because I didn’t feel like arguing. I plan to return the item at another location. Even before she begged me to participate in the “deal” she seemed bothered by me being in the store and made it clear she did not want to be there. I work in customer service myself and I understand that everyone has bad days, but this was just embarrassing and I will only shop at other locations of this store, never this particular one again.

She was knowledgeable in the products which stood out for me as someone that was good at representing the brand!

In order to find products that don't test on animals I decided to check out this ethical brand and the products are actually really solid. They have products for both men and women (not that it actually makes a difference for skin care), and its really great.

Kaleigha (Ka-lee-ahh?) was working alone (which is really surprising, there definitely should have been someone else with her, for safety reasons alone) and it was very slow. Kaleigha (and I have no idea if I am spelling it correctly) was very helpful. She was friendly, personable, professional, and offered great suggestions and solutions. She gave fantastic customer service and really made my experience swift and convenient. Thank you, Kaleigha!

I came into this location looking for a specific gift set. The other locations I visited were completely sold out of the satsuma scent and this location had one left in the smaller set. I was looking for the bigger set but i was told they were sold out of that particular scent and only had the smaller one. I decided to get the smaller one. At check out, the SA told me that she could make me the (bigger set) in the satsuma scent by just grabbing the individual items in store and putting it together in a gift box. Elated, I said OK!! Once all the item were collected she rang them up individually and told me that there was a promo on and it would apply to it. I was happy. Until I found out that she wouldn't give me the price that the bigger set was (which was quite. bit cheaper). I was confused as I thought that was what she told me she would do. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn't give me the same price as the bundle they have in store because "each bundle comes with different items". Uh.... how does that make sense when you LITERALLY went and picked out the EXACT same items in store for me just in a different scent. I left the store with the smaller gift set but I didn't feel great about the experience I had. I wouldn't return to this location, ever. If you are able to... i'd recommend going to the metrotown location. The SA are fabulous there, especially the one male that works there, i can't remember his name. They also give out freebies too with purchase, this location gave me nothing but just wasted my time.
