The last time I was there, the manger Allen, (even during the pandemic) made it easy, safe and quick for me to find what I wanted and gave me a great deal as always! Thank you for years of outstanding service, I will definitely keep returning and highly recommending others to visit this jewelry store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve got a Gucci watch last year for my birthday. They told me it has 2 years warranty. After 5 months, yhr outside color was tarnished. They took it back and sent it yo Gucci for repair. It is over 6 months that i have been waiting for my watch to arrive but I’m getting too many excuses from Ann Louise that I need to keep waiting and there is nothing they can do. I paid over $1000 for the watch and never expected tor this to happen too soon. Ann Louise hasn’t takrn any extra steps to make a happy customer and I’m quite sad. I strongly suggest everyone not to shop from them. If you buy anything from them you are on your own. Absolutely terrible customer service experience.

He spoke with us in a very friendly approachable manner. Was very informative and didn't seem pushy at all. Totally best customer service.

We have 1 free re-size within 12 months of purchasing the ring so that’s a really nice option because he isn’t used to wearing jewellery. Their prices are super competitive and there’s some lovely pieces in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to look at engagement rings. All diamonds were 50% off. We looked at two other jewelry stores and came back and bought a stunning engagement ring as well as our wedding bands. So excited! They are now being sized. The sales clerk was fantastic. I think his name I'd Richard. Great service fantastic quality.
