★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good customer service provided by the Persian sales lady when purchasing in store, she will open the box and let you to check if everything is ok, put a ribbon and in a bag with tissue papers but bad experience when picking up online order, those 2 Asian lady didn't even care, I have to ask to take a look to make sure, she just gave me the package and I asked for ribbon since it's a gift, the lady told her coworker to do it for me and she gave it to me then disappear, so I have to ask the lady who originally grabbed me the order but she told me her coworker would help me since she was busy with other customer, fine, maybe they don't have commission for online order so they don't consider me as a real customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never be going to this location again. I went in to exchange a ring I had bought in September. I never wear it in the shower and don't wear it on a daily basis. When I showed the employee (Rafah) my ring, she took my ring from me and PUT IT ON HER OWN HANDS, in the middle of a pandemic. This would have been shocking even if there was not a pandemic going on, but to do it in the middle of a pandemic is just crazy to me. She then started showing me the rings that she owned and was wearing and asked me how long she had those rings for. She said she had them for years and no stone has fallen out or anything. Rafah also said that her rings are completely fine and that she does not know what I did to my rings. I found this very irrelevant and insulting. She then also asked me for the jewelry box from my original ring I had gotten before exchanging it, which I did not have because it has been a few months. She kept the new box and told me to wear my ring out. She was also very hesitant to keep the original receipt and took one page of the receipt and threw it in the garbage, without asking me. I am very disappointed in the service Rafah gave to me, I have never left a store leaving humiliated before. I will not be returning to this location and if anyone else is going there, I would recommend them to ask for a different consultant, if they get Rafah.

Shadi was very focused on what would suit the occassion and showed various items and her recommendation of a set turned out to be the best gift I purchased. I found the store that I know I will return to again.
