★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few businesses around where clearly all the staff have been trained in a consistent fashion. You will always be greeted, you will always be able to ask questions and get good quality answers, you will always hear about a good promo, and you will probably leaving happily with a new product to try.
Beyond that they seem to treat the staff pretty well as the team that has been in place here as seemingly stayed in tact for more than a year, which speaks to the company and training. Keep being awesome and we will keep spending money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place not only smells wonderful, but has an awesome staff! The woman that helped us not only showed me how to get my diffuser working optimally again, but was super kind and patient with my five year old daughter. Great products and awesome staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not going to lie, I was hesitant about Saje for a long time as I was an Escents fan. But now I love them! Not just the scents and staff but the customer service! I got a little diffuser ball necklace that I love, and sadly it was damaged and bent (most likely my fault rather than product issue). I went in hoping they would know how to repair the $60 necklace and they exchanged it free of charge! I am so happy! They were so nice about it as well. It is my favorite necklace and I love the scents they have. Will definitely be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. Excellent customer service. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It always smells so nice when I go in to the store which makes me want to return more often. My recent trip in was because My saje diffuser had a crack in it (I have no idea how it happened) and the staff replaced it for me. They were great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service!!!! I was gifted a diffuser that I am unable to use due to an allergy. I went to the Coquitlam Center location and despite the fact that I had a gift receipt they refused to give a refund and insisted the only option was a gift card (that I am unable to use due to my allergy) Don't shop here!!!! And know the gift receipt means nothing to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place. It has such intoxicating scents for me to use. I know this sounds crazy, but some of the oils that were recommended have really eased my anxiety (disclaimer: I mean everyday anxiety). I would come home after work and turn on my diffuser and just relax into my space. I really recommend people to check out the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy Saje's products and have been using them since 2014. My favorites would be peppermint halo, eater's digest, pain release, restoral, and arnica rescue. Why I gave it 2 stars was because of my recent purchase during the Black Friday sale. I purchased 2 peppermint essential oil in 10mL. I opened one to use for my lamp and the smell just wasn't right. It was sweet and a little musky. I compared it to the exact same that I bought years ago and I was right. The smell was wrong. So, I had to take an extra trip to go back to the store and get a refund. I explained to them what I found in the product and that the smell was weird. The sales person not only did not acknowledge the weird, sweet smell, she also said that it's "normal" because of the "different sourcing". I was baffled and didn't know what to say. I literally went to their shelf, smelled their tester and wanted to give it to her to explain which I should have done. In the end, she asked me if I wanted a full refund and asked me to try other products instead. Even though I did get my full refund, would it kill them to admit that I got a bad batch and apologize for it? Like geez, I used to work in retail so I would know exactly what to do if this happens, APOLOGIZE FIRST. TL:DR will not go to this location again to buy peppermint essential oil. Other products are fine, but I would avoid anything that involves "pure essential" oil from their store.
