★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the slowest Tim Horton's ever. It's not the staff's fault. They're so overworked with mobile orders they can't keep up with the in store orders.
20+ minute wait just to get a coffee. There's better options in the mall for coffee but if you really want Tim's go to the other 2 locations on Barnet instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this Tim's for years but over the last year it has just been a bad experience. Today was the last time I ever go there. My order took 15min to get ready and it was an ice coffee and a sandwich. This is the fourth time they have gotten the order wrong. I just left as I can't deal with unorganized staff with no management. I dint want to waste more time asking for a refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very ridiculously slow, I ordered a donut, and waited over 15 minutes, went up to the counter twice to check if it was ready and was told to wait some more. It should only take a second to take one donut out of the display to the bag, and after 15 minutes I was still waiting…in the end I gave up and went home even though I had already paid for it on the app. OMG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst tim Hortons I've ever beem to. Such a shame they're the only one at the mall.
They take forever to serve you, often misplace orders or give you the wrong item, and overal wait for an order that should take 2-5 minutes is 15. So if you're looking to order before work, go somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. My order of steak and egg sandwich and cheddar biscuit took 17 minutes. I even had to follow up with the staff twice but they didn't care whether you've been waiting forever.. Will not be going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think it really depends on the time of day or which day if the week you go. I came on a weekday non busy time and it was great. Order was within 3 minutes and staffs were smiling. The only thing it is a 4 star is because it’s a bit messy in the store.

The three orders before mine were all mixed up, I watched every person come back saying they were either missing items or had wrong items. I waited over ten minutes for a bagel and iced capp, but by the time they gave me the drink it was half melted from sitting beside the hot coffee machine.
