★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a person with several food allergies, I have many bad experiences with servers who don't know what they are serving. Having said that, I visited Poke & Co today and had such a good experience. The person who took my order took the time to learn about my allergies and was able to recommend safe options for me.
I don't eat out often because of my allergies, but now I am happy to be able to eat at this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this restaurant at the food court 3 days in a row, and had 3 very different experiences. Please note that I ordered the exact same thing each time (medium poke bowl). The first time I went, the man serving me was very friendly, but skimmed out on the portion. I was still hungry by the time I was done, which was super disappointing. The second day, I went and the lady serving me was super friendly and gave me a solid amount of food. I loved that she gave full scoops and i was very satisfied with my meal, so I came back the next day. The third day, the girl serving me clearly did not want to be there. She barely spoke, and gave me a portion that was in between the first and second time I went here. The qualify of the food is good and the freshness is good, but i wish the customer service and portion is consistent. I really don't want to pay $15 and still be hungry.
