★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to all branches of Cazba but to be honest, the Cazba located in Coquitlam Center is extraordinary! I was there today and mentioned this to all of their staff that they work wholeheartedly and as a Persian living in the community I can't appreciate their great job enough and I'm proud of them! The portion sizes are very large and the quality of the food is truly amazing. The chefs are quite skilled and experienced in cooking Persian foods, especially all kind of Kebabs and they are always polite and kind to all of their customers. I am a fan of Cazba only and only for their Coquitlam Center staff and their amazing food they serve there !
This place is highly recommended by me to all my friends who would like to experience the taste of Persian foods! Keep up the great job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good i frequent the same in their brentwood mall branch..but when i tried their coquitlam center, it has extra ingredient-hair. I saw another review about hair on food. All staff doesnt wear hair net. Yeah, as my niece use to say Ewwww!
And one more thing, the portions on this location is way less than Burnaby.
Obviously, never going back to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve visited this location a few times and bought a few items in the menu. A few things from my purchase today.
1. Food ordered today was not fresh. The whole family could tell that the Shirazi salad was at least a couple of days old
2. Kabob koobideh: as other reviews mention it, it wasn’t cooked properly. I would not say it was undercooked, but it feel that there was not heat applied to change the colour of the meat to a golden brown.
3. Fesenjoon: I have yet to have a fesenjoon with so much oil and so little meat. It almost felt like someone had used a blender to make the stew then added only 2 pieces of chicken.
4. Kashko-Bademjoon: great tasting, but again the texture felt like someone had put it in the blender.
5. Lamb shanks: Excellent, at par with the best out there
6. Dolmas : I am convinced this is out of a can.
I would imagine that the food is not thrown out at the end of the day, and it’s carried over for customers for a few days; either due to large batches being made, or lack of sale of certain items.
To all the would be / potential eaters... there are a few other unnamed Persian restaurants in close proximity. Take your pick... you’re getting a better deal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamb leg on rice is to die for! It was cooked to perfection fall off bone and so much flavour! They gave it on 2 types of rice. I would come back to eat just the lamb everyday if I could ?. Price was fair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here a few times and the food is good. Simple seasoned meat with fluffy rice. I've never had any issues except for the hair that I found on the tomato today. It seems that the service was better when it first opened. I love Persian food so I really enjoyed the first few meals here. However, after reading the other negative reviews here I can unfortunately relate. Hopefully they learn from the negative reviews and improve their practices. I will give them another chance.

I really would like to thank you about my kebab dish, I live in Vancouver and I drive all the way to Coquitlam to try your dish and I wasn't disappointed at all. the dish was amazing tasting the kebab was very juicy and flavored. For all the team thank you so much beside the lady at the cashier was very patient with us as we are choosing the plates. Keep it up guys and please keep it up. We are going today to eat there kebab, so see you soon. Veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy excited !!!!!!!
