β β β β β The restaurant has a very nice ambiance, the servers are very polite and courteous.
Everything served here is Halal. We ordered a variety of Koobideh kababs with rice and they were delicious and filling.
What I noticed was that a lot of other people were ordering pizza (for both dine in and take away) and that means next time we're going to try out their pizza.

β β β β β Had lunch on Dec 7 with my friend. Owner confirmed it is all Halal. COVID-19 protocols were followed. We ordered Chicken Koobideh with rice and Doogh which was with mint and pinch of salt. Portion was huge, Food was really fresh and delicious. Restaurant is clean and a good place to sit with family. It is in the middle of two Greenline Skytrain stations - Lincoln and Douglas College. You need to find free parking on back streets, paid parking on side at Glen street.

β β β β β However, this restaurant is famous for its Persian food. I ordered a good quality hamburger here. I will definitely try Iranian food in the future. What attracted me the most was the good behavior of its staff. They treated me and my friend well. Even when I said I left my bank card. They treated me kindly and allowed me to come back and get my card.

The best Persian food I have had locally in a long time
The Bandari sandwich was great, so was the zaboon sandwich. Koobideh was amazing and so was the shanks.

β β β β β We ordered Bakhtiari one portion for 2 people and it was more than enough. The chicken was amazing, the beef was a bit dry but still good. Also bought some sweets and they were fresh and delicious.

β β β β β They have daily specials for take out only and the portions are big and great value for the price. The food is good and service is quick but this isnβt actually home made Persian food like a Persian auntie would make because they would take them hours to prepare.

β β β β β We went there for lunch and had, Jadog, Bandari sandwich, beef & mushroom pizza. The flavours were perfect, we really enjoyed the experience. The portion of the food was decent and each sandwich is more than enough for two people specially the Jadog sandwich which was so good. We tried the homemade Olivier and soup which I really liked.
