★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one would help you when you get there! It’s more like they ignore people who are waiting for the order, not even asking for the name on the order! This is the third time I’m having the same experience. After 10 minutes of waiting and try to talk to them, they told me my order will get ready in about five minutes. But I got my order 20 minutes after. They easily waste your time!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place gets busy. Be prepared. Order in advance and take the food elsewhere to eat. The food is great, but the portions are not as big as some other restaurants. I think the portions are just right to be satisfied, but not stuffed. The laksa soup base was excellent and the duck was perfect. The food is definitely better than what the ratings currently suggest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service, as always is slow and below par for a chinese restaurant. Today while people were lining up to show their vaccine cards before dining in, a family of 3 jumped the queue and just sat down, but the staff did not do anything about it and instead served their table first. In addition their food takes over 20 minutes to arrive which is much longer than other restaurants serving similar food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my first time. Had a mix up on my order. I received something I didn't want and was told that is what I ordered. They did offer me a replacement for free but I wasn't interested anymore. I drank my coffee and left to go buy food in the food court. Left feeling frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few locations that still allow you to pick your own toppings which I love. Service is a bit slow I do agree and they’re not the friendliest. But this is a Chinese restaurant after all. They aren’t known for their customer service lol. The food/soup could be hotter I don’t think it’s hot enough temperature wise whether u or dine in or take out.
I would comeback tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good, but there is a lack of food safety. The employee at the register was also preparing the drinks and the waffles, but was not washing her hands after handling money. Another employee was picking garbage from the floor and also preparing food without changing her gloves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to take a break, friendly staff and good service. They will answer any questions. Food and price are resonable compare to Toronto.
Pay extra $1.50 to get bubble waffle if order lunch which also included drinks.
