I took the 30min table message but they willing to only offer a chair message not the table message even though there was not other customer for this time period .
I was disappointed with their service .
Customer should have a choice of getting a massage table even for 30 min specially if it is available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be one of the worst massages I had experienced. The guy did not know what he was doing, I had to keep telling him to stop being tough. He constantly kept on putting pressure on my spine. This was the first time where after the massage I felt even more pain. The upper neck area hurts now because the guy wasn't trained. I would tell the owners to bring in someone who actually knows what they are doing. I have been to other My Foot Reflexology locations but have never experienced anything this bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a relaxing way to spend your time at the mall. I had Lina as my therapist and highly recommend her. She gaged my preference to simply relax and no chatting. Following my reflexology I felt so light on my feet. Awesome, thank you, will be back soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My therapist Lina is excellent and I enjoyed both an upper body and foot reflexology appointment today. As always it was very relaxing and I would highly recommend her. The receptionists are always very welcoming too and I look forward to my visits here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place many times before but my last visit last week was really bad. I brought a friend in for her first reflexology treatment and we had 1 hour treatments. She got reflexology! I got an expensive leg rub by a bored, tired lady who was staring at the clock on the wall or into the mall. The worst thing was she was falling asleep while rubbing my one leg for way too long. I felt bad for her and was going to tell her to stop and go take a nap. It was the worst experience. I should have said something at the time. Next time, I will request Jonson. He gave my friend an excellent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a great experience! My therapist, Hyate, was excellent. At the end of my foot reflexology I treated myself to a back massage for 30 min as there was last minute availability. I’ll definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to My Foot Reflexology in Coquitlam Centre 5 times over the past few years, and I have always been happy with my treatments.
Today I had the Foot Soak, Sea Salt Scrub and foot reflexology treatment and my Reflexologist was Johnson. He was absolutely wonderful! It was the best treatment I have ever had. My friend's Reflexologist today was Sam and she was thrilled with her treatment as well. She said 'let's do this once a month'! I agreed! Thank you Johnson and Sam! We'll be back.
