★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment booked today for both my partner and I. My appointment was supposed to be 1:30 to 2:30, and my partners was 2:00-3:00. That’s only 1/2 hour difference on either side, so we agreed. However, when I woke up this morning, I realized that I had an email from them about an appointment change. They changed the appointments and we would’ve been waiting an hour for each other instead of the original 1/2 hour. They said that it is not their fault and they didn’t even apologize. This is so unbelievably unprofessional. We booked this appointment a couple weeks ago and the fact that they only gave us the morning of to tell us that it wasn’t going to work out, and the fact that they didn’t honour the appointment is so unprofessional. I am very unsatisfied with my experience.

My injury was so severe but Armin gave me a plan and hope to recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Armin is a great physiotherapist! He is a caring, knowledgeable, and very skilled professional. I appreciate that he has been helping my dad with his back pain and muscle weakness, and my mom with her post-knee replacement surgery recovery. My parents are extremely happy with him, and they look forward to their sessions every week. I highly recommend him!
The clinic front desk has also been wonderful; always welcoming, helpful and ready to accommodate our needs. Together with Armin, Peyvand has made our experience amazing! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received treatment from Paul back when he was in Edmonton, and I had a great experience. He is very thorough, professional, and helped me deal with my injury to full recovery. I am still working on some of the exercises that he gave me and I no longer feel any shoulder pain. 10/10 will be seeking treatment if I ever have any injuries on a Vancouver mountain bike trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love these guys! I've worked with Emily since getting surgery in November, and she has been knowledgable, flexible, and so encouraging. I've gone to get a physio-related massage here a couple of times (though the fellow's name is slipping my mind I'm afraid, he's the only massage therapist at the Coquitlam location so props where props are due) that were very effective. Good communication between different care modalities, too! The admin staff are responsive and helpful. Overall I'm glad I found these guys -- they've helped my recovery so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am 74 years old and active with running and weight training. Over the years I have sustained several minor sports injuries which did not appear to have any adverse effect on my body. However, as I aged, those injuries did not go away, they have worsened with age. When, I went to Armin (Physiotherapist) at Easy Allied Health, I was very restricted in the movement of my left arm and right leg. Mornings in particular were very difficult for me; I could barely walk. Armin has done an extraordinary job in a very short time! Most of the function and agility in my arm and leg has been restored. There is significantly less discomfort in my leg. My mornings, are still a bit rough, but in short order, I am on my way. My only regret, is that I had taken physiotherapy treatment when I sustained those injuries years ago. All the staff at Easy Allied Health have been great. This is an AWESOME organization!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top notch service. I've had two sessions so far with Armin, and the process and treatments have been outstanding. Appointments started exactly on time, and Armin quickly zero'd in on the problem area, explained what was happening, and the treatment plan for it. While we're still working through the treatment plan, he has already provided a degree of relief. Very impressed so far overall and would recommend Easy Allied.
