★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Richard for his massage services for the last 16 years or more. He is very professional, courteous, accommodating, hardworking and trustworthy. I find his ability to pinpoint the problem and then treat it is exceptional. I have always benefited from his services. If he thinks that his services will not be able to resolve the underlying problem, he will recommend something else. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend him for his services. Now, with the COVID pandemic, he follows all the public health protocols that makes me feel safe going for my appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Kristina and Richard for many years now and they have helped me so much with many different problems. I am an ex-athlete and often have pains that pop up frequently from old injuries. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient, helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Town Centre Integrated Therapies. To top it all off, the location is serene, relaxing and beautifully decorated. It is like a breath of fresh air just walking in to their location.
In regards to respecting Covic protocols, they are thorough, careful and diligent. I feel safe and secure knowing that my safety and health is being respected and protected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I followed Kristina from her previous location and have been her patient for 9 or 10 years. Her Covid protocols surpass any other business I have entered since they re-opened. I feel very safe and my treatments are excellent. Patient communication is outstanding, the facility is brand new, in spotless condition and I am treated with a high degree of professionalism. This is not a day spa but a therapeutic health care facility. I recommend her to everyone I know.

She has always been very professional, not only giving the therapeutic massage, but also suggesting ways to stretch and help areas that are causing the pain. The clinic is in top condition, being cleaned and sanitized between each visit. I have always felt safe, seen, and listened to, hence why I have been a patient for so long!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Kristina for many, many years now. I followed her from where she worked previous to her current practice that she opened up with her husband Richard a couple years ago. She is my favourite RMT and has always been my 'go-to' for injuries, aches & pains over the years. Kristina is THE BEST and is especially talented at finding every single knot that needs kneading during a massage. Kristina also pays a lot of attention to detail. She was meticulous and thoughtful in the design of her new space and put customers first by purchasing upgraded, extra comfortable massage tables and even soft flannel sheets to use in the winter months so that her patients would feel extra cozy. Kristina and Richard are professionals who go above and beyond to make sure their establishment is clean, sanitized, and in top working order. Her attention to detail shows in how thorough she is with the covid safety rules; I feel completely safe while I'm there. If you can get in to see Kristina, you will not be disappointed.

Currently their commitment to all regulations of their Massage Therapy practice and to COVID protocols have been above any other place I have entered in the last year! No one who has actually visited their clinic could describe it as anything but spotless. Their knowledgable and friendly communication before and at all sessions, let me know their integrity and professionalism are unmatched! If you need qualified Massage Therapy (not spa day), Kristina will help you to gain the release and functionality to live life to your best ability again! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard has been my massage therapist for several years. He is very knowledgeable and has helped with my whiplash and tightness in my shoulders. As a result, my performance with kickboxing and weight training have improved dramatically.
