Amended review: I had an issue with the phone and brighte it to the Samsung store. They told.me whoever did the repair did a horrible job. Internally there are a lot of issues that they had to correct. They said it is a very poor repair for a "authorized repair centre"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment to have my phone battery replaced a few months ago. At my appointment time, the tech working said that he didn't have the particular battery needed and that it would be ordered within the week and I would be called when it arrived. After three weeks, I still hadn't received a call. I decided to call and asked them to order again, they had no records of my cell number or the battery being ordered. I was told that the battery would be ordered and would arrive within the week. It has been two weeks since the second promise of a battery delivery and I haven't heard anything. Disappointing. Even if the battery wasn't available, I expect a follow-up to explain that to me so I can go somewhere else. I won't be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my iPhone X to have the screen repaired. The people were amicable (although a bit pricy - $175 for a knock-off brand).
Less than 6 months later, many of the parts of the screen do not work. The screen is falling out of the phone. Sometimes it stops working altogether.
When I returned, I asked if they could fix it free of charge, since they did a poor job the first time. Instead, they offered me a $25 discount to redo the whole thing. Kind of funny - why would I pay for them to do another shoddy job?
Not a horrible place, but very disappointing that they did not provide quality products.
EDIT: I contacted the customer service centre, as they suggested. Same message "it's past the 1 month warranty, so we can't help you...". If you can help it, I would highly recommend against using this company.
