★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at Coquitlam centre location are rude. Not going back, thanks to this guy who couldn't wait 2 seconds while I explained to my 82 year old mother, who is hard of hearing, that we have to wait outside. Started yelling at us instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like their Royal Rocher, Matcha and Taro. Remember to ask for half sugar. The regular one is pretty sweet. We prefer this place over Sxxxx Txx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty basic bubble tea spot. No original flavours or anything. But you know what you're getting, it's very consistent across locations. Usually good service and good drinks. We had Taro slush and earl grey milk tea, both were nice.

I usually ordered fresh milk black tea with pearls. I wish they can ease up with strict covid protocol little bit and have a earl gray tea as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is oneofmy favourite bubble tea places in town. I sometimes drive from Burnaby to come here for bubble tea, the staff are friendly and polite, service is good and the quality is also good. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most wonderful drink making experience by two lovely baristas on a Wednesday evening at 9:48 PM. We got the peach oolong freshly brewed tea with mango jelly and a chocolate milk with pearls. fast, efficient service, and the drinks were quality. would recommend to my grandkids, I was able to chew the pearls with my dentures. The young man manning the cash register was very lovely and the other worker had very beautiful hair.
