β β β β β The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have questions. Like many bubble tea places, you can adjust your sugar and ice levels. Hot or cold, I've never had a bad tea here. You can also download an app and order for pick up.

β β β β β Been here multiple times since they opened (as well as the Guildford location). Drinks have continued to be good quality and their pearls have always been perfect consistency. I've visited a lot of bubble tea stores and Share Tea has managed to wiggle to the top :)

β β β β β Previous staff that worked here were a lot faster and had better attention to detail. Seems like the new staffs have been make a lot of errors which made me have to wait almost 10 minutes to get 1 drink. They didnt seem that busy with orders because before and I came in, they were just in the back preparing other things (not drinks). Note that this incident happened to me for the 3rd time with similar crew (probably not the exact same person though). Would not recommend this place anymore as the price rises with slower services.
