β β β β β Bubba Tea is a hidden gem--the owner is a sweetheart and the atmosphere is so clean and welcoming! My favourite order is the Jasmine Green refreshing tea, it's never made too sweet like when I order from other places.

β β β β β This is an amazing bubble tea place. The Drinks taste amazing, prices are wonderful, the store itself is well kept and clean, and employees are friendly and professional.
In addition, the location of the store is very convenient. Very near to the Skytrain, Public Library, and City Hall.
Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

β β β β β This place is awesome and way more convenient to walk to off the Skytrain than other bubble tea shops. The place is very cute and kept very clean, the ladies are always super friendly and their service is awesome! Great spot to sit, relax, and people watch. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a bubble tea fix after work, I usually get their fresh strawberry smoothie with pearls and it's consistently great each time. Thanks so much!

β β β β β Update. Went there today. They made it right. Great service and my daughter loves the strawberry banana slush with strawberry popping pearls. Thank you so much!
Went to this place before 7:48PM. They closed at 8PM. I had to pay for parking. There was a constable in the street parking. I didn't want to risk a ticket by quickly running inside. The pay parking is $1.25 for hour which is reasonable. I was having difficulty in the cold using my credit card to pay. I paid at 7:48PM as per my parking stub. When I turned around the people exited and the lady inside locked the door behind them and turned out the lights. I went to the door, but she headed to the back. Obviously she had cleaned before closing time. I was not impressed. I don't live nearby. I went there for my daughter. Not impressed. Stay open until 8PM.
Update. Went there today. They made it right. Great service and my daughter loves the strawberry banana slush with strawberry popping pearls. Thank you so much!

β β β β β Amazing bubble tea shop! I love the dΓ©cor in the store, as it is very minimalistic but still exciting. The owner and workers are so nice, and they know how to make someones day better! I ordered a raspberry refreshing tea with mango stars and it was delicious!

β β β β β Got the banana split waffle with vanilla ice cream instead of strawberry ice cream. Pretty good for around $9! I did find that as the waffle cooled, it got much tougher so it would be ideal to eat this right away cause the warm waffle with the ice cream and fresh fruit is delicious.
The interior is very clean, I'll likely come back if I'm in the area again.

β β β β β Love the teas and other drinks! Never disappointed with them! I finally tried the waffles (lovers delight) and the size was great for the price! The only thing that I didn't like so much was that the waffle was very hard and dry. I most likely would not get the waffles again.

β β β β β Cute and clean bubble tea shop. Iβve been here twice now and thereβs never a wait. Staff is friendly and quick.
Iβve had the Pudding Milk Tea and the Brown Sugar Favorite- both were good. Iβd recommend this location :)
