★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so glad I found CFBBC! The workouts are efficient and just the right intensity. The class times are convenient and Cory + Erin are amazing at motivating the class. After 2 years of PT rehab with frequent setbacks, I had given up on ever being able to do strength training again. In less than 2 months at CFBBC, I have seen results with no flare ups of my injuries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome! Cory and Erin do such a great job of always making everyone feel welcomed. When starting I was a bit nervous and embarrassed at how little I could lift but everyone was so encouraging and supportive and I could see results within weeks! I also have bad knees and a back and they make sure to give you variations/suggestions of the workouts to help in any way you need. Would definitely recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend recommended Coquitlam Fit Body Boot Camp to me late last year. I've done bootcamps before, so I decided to give them a try. I am so grateful that I did! Right from the start, Cory and Erin are super welcoming, encouraging, and knowledgeable. Workouts are fun and fast, but wow, they are effective! We just finished a 5 week challenge that, to me, was life-changing. I developed some super effective habits that have helped me drink more water, clean up my diet, plus incorporate daily exercise. I lost over 10 lbs in 5 weeks plus multiple inches, and I feel fantastic ? My husband has also joined me on our whole food eating plan, and feels terrific. I can't say enough good things about this bootcamp! Come and give it a try; you'll fall in love with it as well :)

Highly recommend this boot camps if you want to see short and long time results. Thanks Cory and Erin for the awesome workouts on a daily basis.

I have a background as a group fitness instructor and have never achieved the results I was looking for like I have at Coquitlam Fit Body Bootcamp.
Cory and Erin are truly dedicated & incredible humans that keep me motivated, inspired and feeling like I am part of a big family. They have also provided me life changing nutritional support. Who knew balancing macros would be so attainable and transforming !?!? Thanks you two!!
