โ โ โ โ โ Two seperate instances of the store offering a bonus or a feature that they weren't able to offer. My wife and I have been screwed over for $190 from both geek squad and fido. Literally go anywhere else unless you enjoy getting empty promises.

โ โ โ โ โ Good selection of computers, phones, video games, household items like vacuums and washing machines. Helpful staff, there is usually a very technical person available if you request it... they have been very careful with COVID and one manager was extra helpful to me when I took the pictures, he made sure I was okay and it just felt like they had the store being run professionally, his name was Aman and I can see why they made him a manager because he was a great communicator. I also got excellent help with headphones from Nidhi :)

โ โ โ โ โ I have got many electronics from Best Buy and all my experiences are positive. For example my dad got me a Samsung Galaxy tab S6 lite and a few days later it had a software issue and could not be fixed. So Best Buy gave us a Samsug Galaxy S7 FE for 200 dollars more to replace.

โ โ โ โ โ I have nothing but issues at this best buy. The staff have no idea how to do their jobs. The 1st woman was absolutely zero help and couldn't help me find what I was looking for. The 2 women that were at the register both had no idea how to process a prepaid visa gift card. They kept saying no balance. It's a brand new gift card. This is the 3rd time I've had problems at this location. Best buy, you need to train your staff better

โ โ โ โ โ Purchased an item that stopped working after about 8 months. Called customer service to see if it was covered under warranty, provided my receipt information and was told to bring it into the store and that Best Buy would repair or replace. Drove 30 minutes to the store to then be told that it was not covered and I needed to contact the manufacturer. When I asked to speak to someone else just to verify the information I was being told (which apparently I should have done when I called) I was just told no customer service will tell you the same thing. Huge waste of my time, phone support staff apparently doesnโt know what they are talking about and the in store staff is pretty unhelpful.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered something for curbside pickup. Staff delivered but it sure too a long time. 25-30mins doesn't make sense for such a pickup as it would have been quicker to go inside and pick it up! It was also weird that the staff delivering stuff outside is carrying just minimal items and making multiple rounds when I could clearly see 4-5 cars already waiting. That said the staff was friendly and probably just need better efficiency on how this is handled.
