★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service both Friday and Saturday. Because of the amazing Black Friday deals, I was able to experience the full Telus Coquitlam Centre experience. First on Thursday getting my new phone with Zayn who was both helpful and friendly. Then on Saturday with Tora. He was amazing. I especially loved that he was such a gentleman and got me a chair while I waited for my devices to charge and transfer. I commend the staff at Coquitlam centre both Zayn, Torah and the others who assisted them in setting up three new phones and my Apple Watch and transferring my lines to a new plan. They maintained their energy throughout the day and treated everyone with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot express how great Tora B. was at the Coquitlam Centre Store. He took the time and was incredibly patient brainstorming a way to transfer the contents of my very old phone to the new one. Suscessful transfer and very happy with Telus service, as well as provider.

Carter was great! Helped me out, explained it all to me, and got me all setup quickly despite my lack of knowledge. He also sorted my plan so no more data overage cost, and reduced my plan rate! Great guy! Thanks Carter!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a young man at this location I believe his name was Bernard. This young man went above & beyond to resolve the issues I've been having with Telus agents over the past couple weeks over a faulty phone Telus had sold me. I was livid when I walked into that store but this Bernard got on the phone with an agent & resolved the issues & had me walking out of the store in a much better mood. This young man seen I was in a bad mood & he handled it very professionally. This young man has incredible customer service & people skills & should be recognized for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by today as my wife and I were looking to get a new Internet/Mobile bundle with our current Shaw Promotion Package expiring. We were delighted to have an excellent Rep by the name of Tora B to help us navigate all the various options that might work for us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were prioritizing and looking for, and helped us get set up with a package that really exceeded out initial expectations. One of the best experiences we’ve had recently with a customer service rep, cannot recommend Tora enough if you stop by this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give 5 stars because one of the sales rep, Tora B, was so helpful in resolving a few issues I encountered. One of the best experiences I’ve had from a sales rep from any service provider. We were cutting it close to the end of the mall hours but he didn’t rush me at all and still took the time to answer my questions.
