After having a very disappointing experience at another business that ruined our shirts, Ernest was accommodating to our time crunch and finished the shirts in record time. โ โ โ โ โ We came into instant print on a promotional flyer. We decided to order t-shirts and other items. When we arrived in the store, we were greeted very kindly. Ernest was very caring and his first priority was our needs and happiness with our product. We had an issue with a shirt size and there was no questions asked. Our product was replaced immediately without any issues. We are very happy with Instant Imprint and will continue to use this store for all our company logo needs.

โ โ โ โ โ I really can't say enough great things about the amazing service I received at Instant Imprints! I sent Ernest my logo ahead of time and by the time I arrived in the store, he had modified it so it would print well. The service was incredibly quick and the end-product is even better than I had hoped! Ernest was incredibly helpful both with information for printing, but also placement and colours. If you need to get something printed, I would definitely recommend this business!!

โ โ โ โ โ I was introduced to Instant Imprints and the owner Ernest a couple years ago. I didn't get work done at the time and knew when I was ready to go I'd most likely find myself back. Sure enough Ernest was still there "waiting for me"
I told him what I needed to get done and he set right off to work. I pulled up a chair (covid protocols in full effect) and we began putting my project together. Although I had a very firm idea what I wanted I still kept an open mind. I'm glad I did as Ernest was able to present a few options of which I agreed to a couple of them. His pricing was competitive yet very fair. I could see that he saw how important this project is to me. All in all his service was stellar, shop was clean, organized and I felt like I was in good hands when I departed.
UPDATE: I had to make a return visit as one of my orders had a small issue. I was told it would be resolved. I was patient but didn't hear back for 3 weeks until I called back. I was told it was done but I didn't receive a callback to advise me the status of it as they were too busy. I didn't like that. I had my wife and kids pick it up. They advised me he didn't say much, didn't even greet them just stared at them until they said why they were there. He retrieved the item from the back and didn't say a thing. They walked out feeling weird and asked me later why I used that place. I told them my experience but after what they told me I'd really like to chalk it up to a bad day due to something personal occuring in his life and not something else. I really didn't appreciate hearing about that interaction and feel they were not treated with respect. I will be editing my original post and downgrading the 5 stars.

With lots of communication he made the product exactly how I needed it. Will definitely go to him with my printing needs again

โ โ โ โ โ I had a last minute order for a very important set of shirts for my family. Instant imprints responded immediately, and was able to take my design and print four shirts within 3.5 hours at the end of the day.
They really offered an exceptional service and response time, and I will certainly be using them again!

He sends photos for your approval before printing so you can be sure you'll get what you asked for. Thank you so much, Ernest!!

โ โ โ โ โ I ask Ernest at quite last minute to do some embroidery work on a hat and sweater for me from a photo off the internet. He was able to duplicate the colour and sent me a proof for approval before embroidering. The final product looks amazing and he was able to get it done faster than I had originally requested. Ernest was very responsive right away over email, and very cheerful when I went into the store to pick up my products. I wouldnโt hesitate to go back to Instant Imprints if I needed any future work done.
