★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's okay. There's a charge of 2.5 dollars to use their computer for 15 minutes in order to print several sheets of paper. Printing double side to save some trees actually counted as 2 pages, and got charged twice. I mean, yeah it's a few dollars. But it just blew my expectations away since I am used to printing at Staples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today with a huge box. They had a quick look and said that we can not guarantee you if the box is coming back to you and didn’t give me the any guidance to follow it. So unkind , arrogant and unpleasant
The worst experience ever. They ruined my day! And I told them you guys are so unkind and they were just saying “Bye!”. I felt like I was kicked off from the store begging for money.
They should run the business like that. This is the very first time I wrote the review ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful owner. Bit rude, and cold. Not sure if they earn any money off drop offs re returns. But the way he was acting when I dropped off two parcels for returns, seemed like he didn't. Rude, mean, unhelpful. Avoid.

Suggestion : change store name to "NOT UPS store"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $50 to send a tiny parcel to a nearby town and the item never arrived. I called and they have no information. Lost, tracking not updated and no accountability. Avoid sending with UPS at all costs!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with the service yesterday. I have been shipping to Amazon via UPS for years and all of a sudden they won't accept FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) drop offs any longer and wouldn't give me ANY help besides to say call UPS. I spoke to the driver outside and he had no knowledge of why they wouldn't take these shipments. I also called UPS and they didn't know what I was talking about. This seems shady to me. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Super unimpressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone in twice to this UPS location to drop off returns to Amazon. They've always been friendly and pleasant! They also provided me with a receipt on both occasions without having to prompt them. I'm not sure why there are reports of them not accepting Amazon returns. I had no issue at all. I'll definitely go back in the future. Recommend.
