★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been extra ordinary happy to use this location for all of their services including printing and shipping. Everything was done on time when it comes to printing. When I receive packages to my mailbox I was informed by phone. Since I live in Peat Meadows it is very important for me to be informed. All shippings are done correctly and punctual. They have been courteous and professional all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for years, and it’s always been great, but today I received some of the best service of my life and I felt the need to spread the word. Masoud helped me out way beyond the call of duty. He kept the shop open for me past hours, and then proceeded to scan 600 plus pages of legal documents for me the very same day. This was a massive help for me and I did not expect any of the service I got.
As a proud local business owner myself, it’s folks like Masoud and his UPS store that make Port Moody such an amazing place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to drop off the return. Everything was prepared all I need was receipt that shows time and date with tracking number that I dropped off packages. The representative scanned the item and told me to deliver the package to driver. Isn’t that her job to pass the item to delivery guy? Also is it so hard to print receipt? I asked for receipt just to make sure it got scanned properly, and she kept saying it is scanned and all I need is tracking number. THAT IS NOT HER DECISION ISN’T IT? It is the way she talks to the customer. Kept saying why I need the receipt when she scanned the item since it wouldn’t do anything. Is she going to take the responsibility if there is any system glitch, and I wouldn’t get my refund? The owner is stating this was Amazon return; however, this wasn’t Amazon return. I guess whoever I spoke she is the owner and now that I know I’ll definitely NOT recommend this store or return to this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
