★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL is one of those shipping companies you were warned about. Very much the WISH of the logistics world. Will scam you with excessive brokerage fees, tie up your package for no reason, for months, lose packages.... Just avoid DHL unless you like stress in your life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible experience!! Recieved a call saying my package was here and by the time I came downstairs within a 3 min time frame the delivery guy was gone. I called to inquire and was told that he would come back and 2 hours later no sign of a delivery. So I called back and was this time told that the delivery would not be made today. Completely unprofessional with no regard for people and their time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will give a timeframe for delivery, then throw that time out the window. I got a delivery window a week early, so I prepared for someone to be home because I was at work. Then the delivery was attempted an hour before the window. So the person I sent to collect it, missed it. They missed half a days work for no good reason. They are not customer friendly. I’m tempted to avoid any company’s who use them for delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told to give 5 stars and talk about the great fantastic customer services and the convenient location….all while the lady is holding onto package I’m picking up. Only way to actually post review is via one star. Very small space with piles of packages and a small size photocopier with little or no air circulation. Barely enough room to move around and lady working had her nose sticking out of mask. THIS kind of thing is why I have my booster shot. Convenient? Not really, most of my time spent there was being told to review this place. Would not recommend.
