I regret having requested to pick up my package from here withmanage my delivery app. So even though the website says they are open until 2 pm, there is a tiny sign in the window that says they are closed for the weekend. Huh? FedEx didn't know this, or I would have picked up from place less sketchy.
Will I be back... Time will tell. If my parcel hasn't already been returned to Ontario.
Yeah where was the email from Pak Mail tell ing me they even had my package on Thursday?
So so so many questions.
On the plus side, parking was easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Very horrible. Shipped our package to another state and gave us the wrong tracking number. Luckily the people from the other state called us and told us they have received our package and now they are using the local courier service to ship it back to us now. The worst service I have experienced in my whole life. I hope nobody has to go through this ever again.

Went on 27th May which is last Friday and was told that they couldn’t mail it that day itself .. have to wait till Monday. Ok fine. It’s an express mail using DHL. Urgent Important Legal Documents. Was also being told that they will send me an emailed for the tracking numbers. I waited the whole day and through the whole weekend till today hoping to get an email from them but there was none. We called several times till we gave up and drive all the way to their centre to find out that it’s already mailed out on Friday itself.
Lack of urgency and what was said never take action. You made me cautiously waiting for your email for few days! Called nobody pick up the calls! Was told system down. They can’t do anything with it… yes! There is an apologize alright but not a sincere one! And ur staff don’t provide receipt at all .. just told to wait for email?! Truly upset and disappointed indeed!

They have been extremely well packed within double boxes and utilized rigid insulation for extra protection. I continue to have full confidence in Midori and her team to pack and ship any further art.
Excellent service at a fair price.
