β β β β β I've had a couple of interactions with the female staff working there and she was extremely unprofessional and had poor customer service. I even gave her constructive feedback about her poor customer service and not only she did not applogize, but she asked me " what my problem was" . I hope she will get some training to improve her customer service and her rude attitude.

β β β β β The worst cusomer service! I called them and they told me that they charge 25cents for one black and white print and 50cents for color and when my daughter went there they charged her $2 to print ONLY one black and white page!!! When I called them they changed their story and they told me that because we had to use the computer to print her file ... we charged her more!!!! I'm not concerned about the $2! but about being honest with the customer! ...The owner was so rude on the phone and told me to go print somewhere else next time.

β β β β β Good prices, friendly staff, The old man is always cracking jokes and friendly, but can be reserved. If you're friendly they will be as well, but they don't take nonsense from demanding or impatient customers. People are always are coming and going as it's a popular place. Sadly they don't send via Canada Post, but they have tons of other options.
