★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought boots on sale for $40 and within 2 days of normal wear already scuffed up. Clerk said I could return them with the receipt, once I brought the receipt the same clerk said I couldn't return them (doesn't really make much sense since they changed their mind once I found the receipt....)
I left the boots at the store asking if they could dispose of them for me.
Messaged Boathouse customer service and was ignored.
I'm out $40 bucks, but have learned my lesson not to shop at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly good selections throughout the store. I do have to say that I was very impressed with their staff. All super friendly and said their hellos and goodbyes and were quick to help out and get me a changeroom with my little guy in tow. Customer service goes a long way since it’s lacking in many other stores. So thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Boathouse Coquitlam location today and was just browsing at first. I decided to check out the shoe section and wanted to get my size and couldn't reach (as it was on the top shelf). I asked one of the sales team for help, his name was Sean. He was very delightful, helpful and made my experience much more memorable. He was very nice and I appreciate all the help he gave me. Thank you for your above and beyond service Sean!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a pretty trendy store, with friendly helpful service. Some of the prices were a bit more than normal, and the quality is alright. The store is nice and open, and the style of it is good. The clothes look pretty good and are fairly comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed with this store's return policy. I've never had an issue returning an item of clothing (for good reason), I always keep receipts and tags because you never know what a fabric will do to your skin.. yet, when I went to return an item today - actually I just wanted to exchange it - I was told that a) I couldn't have a refund anyway, because I had worn it, so I had to have a gift card, b) the item I wanted to exchange it for wasn't available in store, and c) the gift cards don't work online.. I was unimpressed with the service, unimpressed with my options, and I don't think I'll be shopping here anymore. The prices are pretty high here because of the "brands", so I think a better return policy is neccesary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time writing a review of a place but felt I had to get it out of my system. I've liked this store for years until today when I tried to return a damaged pair of pants I had purchased for Christmas gift but had not noticed a small stain in the corner. The store manager accused me of lying and said we made the stain ourselves even though the pants look otherwise brand new.. she refused to help in anyway even though I had original receipts and tags and bag. Disgusted with the customer service and will not be shopping there anymore and will advise friends to do the same. I'm out $70 on those pants for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saturday afternoon October 31st, 2020. I hope these guys work on commission because the customer service experience I had here today was absolutely top notch! I'm 285 lbs and have a hard time finding pants that are both nice and comfortable but the gentleman helping me today was extremely patient, literally bringing me style after style until I found what felt like my Cinderella shoe LOL! Unfortunately there was only one pair of that size and style left in the store but without hesitation he found more pairs of the one I liked at another location which he asked if I wanted secured for me. Currently on my way to pick them up now, haha! Again, top notch customer service here.
