★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IMPOSSIBLE TO ORDER ONLINE AS YOU RECEIVE ERROR MESSAGES, IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE AND WHEN YOU FINALLY DO THEY ARE COMPLETELY USELESS. FULL OF "IM SORRY" BUT NEVER ANY RESOLUTION OR OFFER TO RESOLVE IN SOME WAY. NOT SURE WHY THIS STORE IS IN BUSINESS AS THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While shopping for a backpack, picked one up and a massive pin jabbed into my husband’s hand. I’ve never seen a pin that large before. I found an employee and explained what happened. She literally took the pin from me and said “oh, ok.” and walked away. I followed her and calmly said that’s it, you’re not even going to acknowledge what happened? Before she could answer another employee asked what was going on. I explained what happened. This person at least said she was sorry. You could tell that neither cared one bit. The original person came back to us and apologized by saying “I’m sorry this happened but I was just walking onto the floor so I didn’t know.” Makes zero sense. Worst customer service ever. Thankfully it wasn’t a child that picked up that backpack. I won’t be shopping there ever again.

Employees offer no assistance whatsoever and the so called manager, Serena, offered no conflict resolution and didn't even come over to speak to me. Needless to say I returned to their store and returned all the Christmas gifts I had purchased. Will never shop here again!

Credit cards accepted. Located inside the Coquitlam center shopping mall. Free mall parking available.
