it was the worst pedicure ever, poor service and inappropriate questions.. I cannot recommend it!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service. Pedicure was 50 dollars done by a pregnant woman who mentioned she had no experience. I will never go back to this place. Owner was also rude and didn’t not give us a receipt for the services. Polish was not included in the 50 dollars. I feel ripped off ! Stay away from this place !

Been going here for awhile. Hit or miss, usually good but have gotten burnt by the wax being too hot.

I never write reviews online, but this time, I felt the need. I got my ears pierced here for the very first time back in November 2020 and I've been regretting it ever since. I chose to go to a spa instead of some place like Claire's for my first piercing, because for some reason I thought it would be "better quality." My right ear was pierced with no problem, but when the lady was doing my left ear, she somehow managed to get my mask strap stuck with the piercing so she had a bit of a struggle to take it out. Fast forward, I very closely followed directions to keep my piercing area clean with the solution provided for six weeks. My right ear healed just fine, but my left ear ended up with a bad infection that still hasn't healed properly, even with prescribed oral antibiotics from my GP. I now have to make a follow-up appointment because I now have this weird red, hard swollen area on the back of my left ear and it still stings whenever I change my shirt. My piercing holes have now closed up, since I had to take the earrings out as it was irritating my left ear and it was stupid to keep just one on. I literally spent New Year's Eve crying from pain trying to take the earring out from an infected ear and woke up really upset on New year's Day because instead of excitingly changing into a new pair of earrings as originally intended, I ended up with an ear with lots of pus and blood. I now have a collection of earrings that I can't even wear. I'm seriously so upset. I wasted $100, with no ear piercings, and an ongoing infection/scar on my ear lobe. I've been wanting to get my ears pierced for a long time and it took a lot out of me just to get it done, so this has been a really frustrating experience STILL ONGOING, due to a staff's carelessness. I do not recommend this place at all.

I have had the pleasure of receiving the services from this Spa for well over 10 years. The new owners are amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure your experience is calm and relaxing. Should you have a concern, they take the time and respond immediately to outline the treatment provided along with the associated costs so you can relax and be assured you are getting the best. In my opinion, this is by far the best place in the Tri-Cities and I would highly recommend it. KN

If your looking for you new favourite spa then this is definitely the place! They have amazing and very professional staff to make you feel right at home. I’ve gone in for laser and their equipment is the latest and greatest technology in the industry, almost completely painless. I usually go for facials as well and I promise you won’t be disappointed, you will leave feeling completely rejuvenated!
