★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there as I was with my granddaughter. I treated her to a manicure. When she was finished her entire cuticle was bleeding.
I had a nail solar fill. The young man was very quick and quite rough. I wanted to leave within 10 mins of sitting down.
Anyway I week later the polish is already coming off. I’m so sorry I went there. Going tomorrow for a repair job. Hopefully it will be done properly ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a last minute appointment and was placed with male tech who appeared to be new and didn't know very much English. It was extremely difficult to communicate with him.
I basically asked a shellac manicure and asked my nails to be cut short and repainted with the exact same style and polish I currently had on my nails.
The male tech kept saying I should keep my nails long, I stated several times I prefer shorter nails for work , however he kept repeating "long nails, long nails".. So I stopped trying to request shorter nails as my requests were falling on deaf ears.
When it came to painting my nails, I aksed for the nails to be faded, a style I came in with and typically always get. He had no idea what I was asking for and just starting painting randomly. A nail technician next to us overheard the conversation w(was painful to say the least) and tried to help by wiping off the polish and show him by example on one nail what I meant. After she did one nail correctly, he grabbed my hand back and almost yelled at her saying he knows how to do it now..
Unfortunately, he did not know what he was doing and it honestly looks like a 5 year old did my nails. I'm embarrassed for anyone to see my nails and didn't complain to the manager at the time as I felt they likely wouldn't have cared.
I've been to this nail salon several times, some techs are great, however there are a few that are just absolutely terrible. This incident was the final straw and for that reason - I will not be returning here - regardless of how convenient the location is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nails are nice and the people were nice when I went, but they aren’t professionals. They didn’t do any cuticle work so they looked grown out really quickly. I wanted a new set, they ripped them off by putting the a fake nail under my acrylics, I was clearly in a lot of pain but they didn’t care and I was naive. They should have soaked them until they were loose enough to come off without damaging my nail. My nails were throbbing all day after. I also had which I now realize was some sort of infection under one of my nails, but at the time I trusted that they knew what they were doing and it must be nothing if they aren’t concerned about putting another set on top of it. I’m assuming the infection was caused by them too because it was the only nail place I had been going to. For only like $10 more than this place you can go to a real professional salon that is trained in sanitation and keeping your nails healthy and treating their clients right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So my daughter heard about this place through a friend and we decided to try it. We were very happy. They did such a good job on my shellac manicure and my daughter's acrylics. our nails were not bulky. my shellac looks so natural and not the usual thick layers- very true to my natural nails. I wish I got the name of the manicurists she was so good. We will be going their again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nails looked nice ( for 73$ ) ...but this place is disgusting and very unprofessional. please act more professional while you work and clean up all of the nail dust. I dont recommend this place since it was very expensive, dirty, and overall very unsanitary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both the customer service and quality of the work is awful. Not only did the nail tech give me a bubbly pedicure, which she blamed it on the color of polish I chose. According to her white polish is never smooth. To top it off she had the audacity to bad mouth me in Vietnamese when I bought up the issue. Suffice to say she was more than embarrassed when I responded to her comment in Vietnamese.
Lazy and rude staff. Do not recommended.
