β β β β β Ringo is awesome. I had a custom, specialty watch that I (embarrassingly) busted at work, let the battery run out, and wasn't sure if I'd be able to get fixed. Tunes it all all up, good as new, in 15minutes flat. Excellent demeanor. Will visit again.

β β β β β Came to him to ask to repair a bracelet. After making me sit there and watch him for 10 minutes, finally talks to me. Then asks if I can come back in 30-45 minutes to actually get my jewelry repaired. I had some shopping to do so I said yes. Come back 35 minutes later and he's gone on lunch for another 30 minutes. Clearly doesn't want my business nor respect my time.

β β β β β This watch repair shop does not exists anymore as Hudsons Bay company closed shop. But before they closed up I brought my watch here for battery replacement. The young Asian man here was very helpful and honest. He was busy with other work repairs but took my watch and replaced the battery immediately within 3 minutes. He even had time to chat with me regarding closure of the watch repair which I was sad to hear. This watch repair shop was probably the most honest and professional place I have ever taken my watch to. There is a watch repair shop now inside of Coquitlam center mall working out of a kiosk. I miss the Hudsons Bay watch repair shop. They had integrity, professionalism, courtesy, honesty and most importantly great prices. Sad to not see them anymore.

β β β β β Based on the online reviews and recommendations from family and friends I took two of my Nixon watches to Ringo. I was not disappointed. Ringo provided great customer service and sorted out my watches immediately. The price he quoted me before the repair was higher than the price he actually charged me: he insisted that the existing batteries didnt need to be replaced until later. I appreciated his honesty as well as his friendly, welcoming and positive energy and demenour. I will be visting this watch repair shop in the future!!! Thank you Ringo, you've gained a new loyal customer. See you soon.
