Best price and quality. Great craftsmanship and customer service. He was able to work with us with a very short time line and the rings came out great just how we wanted. Highly recommended! He ended up creating a custom pair from the concept I had in mind and they came out excellent. My girlfriend absolutely loves them, so that's all a guy can ask for! I'm sure I'll be back in future and would 100% recommend this jeweller to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my engagement ring here. James was incredibly patient in answering each of these questions and guiding me through options and combinations. All the while, I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. I found this one on one consultation was invaluable when making my purchase.
In terms of pricing, I found it was really good value for money. You can find a Quasimodo of a diamond for cheaper elsewhere but if you want something beautiful you'll want to look here. James only carries quality across the board and the pricing is very reasonable for what you're getting.
Lastly, this shop does all their white gold in house. This translates to better pricing and extensive post purchase support (polishing, maintenance etc) if you choose a piece of white gold jewellery.

The rings are beautifully made and comfortable on the finger. What’s even better is knowing they’re made local with love, not something off a large scale production line, making them that much more special. Just what I wanted to mark our special occasion with. Thanks James!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience working with James. My engagement ring was made overseas and he was willing to help me resize the ring (not all local jewellers are!). Also, others were quoting 1-3 weeks + for resizing but he had it done within a couple hours!!
My fiance and I decided to go back to this shop for our custom wedding bands and we are very happy with the results. James created digital renders of our rings and sent us updated versions as we adjusted the ring details to our liking. We also got to try on molds of the rings before he created the final products. James is knowledgeable, reliable and quick with good handiwork - we would definitely recommend him !
