★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional and clean and relaxed environment. Joyce gets to know her clients and their skin type and condition before suggesting any type of service. She clearly explains the procedure being performed and also provides post-care tips. I do not feel any "sales pitch" pressure like I do with other salons trying to upsell a service or their products. I highly recommend!!

I recently had my eyebrows microbladed here and am very happy with the results. Like the other reviewer said, Joyce explained every step clearly to me so I was prepared for it. Thanks Joyce! :)

She walked me through every step, letting me know what was about to happen, what she was about to apply on my face. She was very gentle when she did extractions, making sure that I wasn't in a lot of pain. I live in Richmond, and I would definitely make the trip to go here for their service. Thanks Joyce! (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Richmond and had been to many different salon places. This is the only one I chose come back and drive every week to have my facial done! Joyce is amazing and her staffs are friendly and Fairlady is different the most hygienic salon I have been to. They post their health inspection sheet on their door, disposable products are used every time and most importantly, they really use what is offered in the treatment, unlike some places, you don't even know what they are putting on your face. You get what you pay for. It's worth every dollar here. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never hesitate to recommend Fair Lady Beauty Salon. I have been going there since they opened, over twenty years ago. They have a wide range of services, many of which I have tried over the years. I had Joyce do hair laser removal from my under arms and belly. Probably the best money I ever spent! She has removed skin tags and done micro blading on my eye brows. After trying many different places for facials, I can honestly say these ladies do a fantastic job of cleaning out my pores. I have monthly facials. The place is clean and the ladies are professional and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer of Fairlady Beauty Salon for about 10 years and have never had any reason to complain. My experience has always been relaxing and I always leave with great feeling skin.
The staff are knowledgeable and know how to take care of my mix of eczema prone and oily skin types well. Definitely consider this place for relaxing facial skincare with massage!
