β β β β β Don't use her. Plenty of better and more professional specialists out there. Gets simple details like an email address wrong and gives attitude when things don't go her way. Also doesn't know other banks' promo but implies that other promos are the same as BMO. Told me that all banks have commitment period for their cash back promotion. Other banks can (and did) have cash incentive promotions without commitment period. Seemed like she didn't really care about getting new clients.
