โ โ โ โ โ Unfortunately my birthday facial was less than enjoyable. The cleanser smelled off as well as the scrub and massage creams. And there were no other choices available. The technician seemed in a rush and had very rough hands. I needed to wash when I got home to take the awful smell away. It's too bad because she was pleasant enough but had poor products and poor techniques as well.

โ โ โ โ โ My facial took 1.5hrs. The lady was clearly taking care of two clients at once. At one point i was left in the chair for at least 20/25 minutes. Disrespecting my time.

โ โ โ โ โ I went there today for a haircut and eyebrow threading. I was there 3 months ago and the experience was pleasant. Today was so disappointing. I had an appointment for 10:30 and when I entered the salon I was greeted with a cold tone. I introduced myself and told her why I was there. I felt very much like I was bothering her. The energy was off. She seemed unhappy. My haircut was done in 10 minutes and barely dried. It was one degree outside. My eyebrows done in 5 minutes. Both appointments took a total of 15 minutes. Her communication with me was very curt. Not one ounce of softness. When the phone rang she was friendly to them. Clearly she thought I could be taken advantage of and given poor service. Who knows. That place is not my cup of tea ever!!!
