β β β β β Overpriced pre-owned vehicles with high interest rates. Went in over the weekend to check out a pre-owned. The sales rep was selling me on the idea that their car had enhanced features (which are factory included). Their pre-owned with was marked up 26k from brand new. On top of that theyβre charging 6% interest in finance. What topped it off was they werenβt willing to negotiate pricing.

I was looking for a special Mitusbishi Model and trim which was rare. They have patiently searched and found for me.
Again I had special condition for purchase (especially timewise), and they walked with me all the way until the end of this deal. Super happy about my car and their great customer care at Mitsubishi Tricity.

We just passed by with my husband and met Ali, he showed us the different options according to our budget and he matched us with the right vehicle, we wanted to get a pre-owned but it made so much more sense to get a brand new suv, the next day we went to pick up our new RVR ! Ali and his team really know how to get things done. I really recommend TriCity Mitsubishi.

Their hospitality is top and the ease at which they handle customers and make them feel important is the highest that I have experienced. My appreciation and a BIG thank you to Andre Rose from Sales and Wayne the Finance manager for going above and beyond and making it such an easy process. I highly recommend Tricity Mitsubishi and Andre Rose and Wayne who make them even more special. A++

β β β β β We recently purchased a used KIA Sportage with them and, so far, the car has worked very well for us. We first contacted Armin over the phone, and he was very welcoming and supportive. When I attended our scheduled appointment at the dealership, I arrived a bit earlier, so Armin referenced me to Edward, a sales associate who had recently joined the company. He was also very friendly and helpful and did a great job making me feel comfortable with the car and its specs. When I decided to move forward with the purchase, I was forwarded to the Finance Manager to finalize the transaction, and that's when I found out that the 1-year guarantee that I was told the car still had no longer applied since the vehicle was over 100,000km. As a result, he offered me a plan to extend the guarantee by another year, which made the purchase a bit more expensive than what it would've been otherwise.
While the overall experience was very positive throughout, it is not a 5-stars review since there was a bit of disconnection between sales and finance when it came to finalizing the deal. But overall, I would recommend Tricity - and Edward as a salesperson - if you're looking to purchase new or old cars.
