Sales representative Terry was great, tried searching inventory across the system to find any available Mach E. He helped us to go through the build process and place the order.

Tom Mendel was my salesman and was a true professional. Buying a new car and dealing with salespeople can be daunting but Metro Motors and Tom made the process quick and easy and were highly receptive to feedback! I am happy to say that they have made a life long customer and I am looking forward to dealing with them in the near future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metro Ford Service has always been great for me. I’ve been using them for many years. I store my winter tires with them and they change them out for me each season. It’s a great service, especially for people who don’t have any storage space (like in condos/ townhouses). They always do a great job and they are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my Ford vehicles serviced at Metro Motors for 20 years. This department goes above and beyond expectations to deliver excellent, exceptional service. This couldn't be done without first rate technicians in the shop and the advisors at the counter. A dozen years ago I purchased a vehicle from another Ford dealership and advised them at the time that I would be servicing the vehicle at Metro Ford.
I recently purchased my first new vehicle in 32 years from Metro. Nick Dunkley, the sales rep was forth right and friendly ... no high pressure push. I purchased a Ford Escape Hybrid. This vehicle was loaded with a lot of new technology and Nick was patient about the vehicle orientation at the time of delivery. I really appreciated him taking the time to ensure that I was set up and prepared when driving away in my new vehicle.
In the past 20 years I have been in a dealership financing office 4 times with my husband and I can actually say that dealing with Jason Parker, the Financing Services Manager was the least stressful of them all. He took the time to clearly explained my options and I was comfortable in knowing that I was making the decisions that best suited my circumstances.
There is no "I" at Metro Motors, given my recent experience this dealership is a cohesive "Team" of professionals. Be it the Service, Sales or Finance departments; they seem to work well together to ensure that the customer walks away with a good experience. I highly recommend taking the time to check out this dealership, you won't regret it.

The finance manager explained all the details about the financing very well. Well, we had a wonderful experience buying our new car there, and we are very happy with it.
