When I left this shop, the anti-theft system was flashing, one female sales stopped me and wanted to check my bag. For sure, I showed my bag to her. After she check my bag she didn’t say any apologies for this misunderstand. And I still remember at the same time, another customer left the shop the anti theft system was flashing, but this staff didn’t have any reaction. Are you a racism? Sorry man you got Chinese so wrong and not every Chinese will choose silence.

This store is terrible. We were going to buy a bag for my daughter and the staff just ignored us the whole time. If I can give this store a negative star I would!

Horrible service! The staff was behind the counter and on their phones. I would rather drive to Metrotown and endure the crazy packed mall than going to the Coquitlam store.

I had 3 wonderful ladies help me at their main store and at their pop up store. Without their help I wouldn’t have been able to find bags I needed for my bridesmaid proposals! I don’t have their names, but I really appreciate all their help and kindness. I also wanted to mention that, I myself am Asian and I didn’t feel in anyway that any of the staff were racist to me or any customers who were Asian in the store. I hope people don’t think that’s actually an issue here! There are a lot of young staff who work here, and some people can’t multi-task. They have one dedicated greeter who says hi to everyone who enters, which is great! The manager is reading reviews, is being proactive and actually doing something about it!

We walked into the store this afternoon while there was no customers in the store and 3 associates (2 at cash registers chatting and 1 was changing bust forms). We walked right in front of a male staff who was changing the male bust form and he didn't greet us. He was busy tasking. We then walked towards the cash registers where 1 female associate stood and walked pass in front of us, did not greet us, walked by us and greeted another family who was starting to shop at the denim area. We really felt neglected where all customers were being greet who had just walked in and we were the only one that they chose to NOT to greet. I didn't want to have the same feeling as the customer who commented below but I did feel the same way and would not shop at this location again.

Poor management with poorly trained staff. I went into get a pair of jeans. I was informed that the jeans I wanted can be transferred to the store. But when I came up to the cash to give them my contact information, I was treated with disrespect. Today they contacted me to inform me that the jeans have arrived, when I mentioned that I won’t be coming in because how I was treated, the person on the phone immediately got defensive and tried to argue that they don’t usually transfer items for customers, I can understand that if I was informed about this before they took my contact information. Train your staff better. Thanks.

I went in to order a pair of jeans, they were just plain rude. They said that β€œwe are doing you a favour by ordering these jeans in. You HAVE TO come in right away if we call you tomorrow, do you understand?” And they repeated the same thing again as if I am incapable of understanding English. Their colleague looked over when they heard the way I was talked down to in front of other customers. I was not treated fairly. I understand that usually stores only do same day hold, but they were just being rude, no hello no smile. I’m spending money to get a pair of jeans not attitudes.
