β β β β β Placed an order through the KFC website, when I walked inside the venue I walked up to the online order pick up sign and waited. There was no one at the cash register, just a couple of people working in the back.
I feel like there was no one in charge here and very little coordination. The ladies working there were just shouting out if anyone ordered this, or that. Eventually a girl saw I had been standing for about 5 mins and asked what I was waiting for so I explained I ordered online, she asked for my name and began piecing my order together.
I'm not sure why I had to wait since I ordered online and they had about 15-20 minutes to prepare it. While waiting for my order I noticed how unkept the kitchen area was, pieces of cooked chicken scattered around the floor.
After I got home and unpacked my order I was not impressed. The gravy literally had so little flavor to it, almost tasted like some gross water, so I dumped it out. The fries were miserable. Dry, oily, and barely warm. I ate 10 fries and threw the entire large box out. I had about 4 pieces of chicken before throwing in the towel. It was just old, stale, sad chicken that had been sitting out for the longest time.
All in all this sucked, horrible food and horrible service, never going back here again. At least clean the floor from all that cooked chicken! Looks horrendous.

β β β β β Growing up KFC was the go to spot that made dinner appealing. I ordered i 16 piece family meal and we reached a family decision to never order from that place ever again. Chicken taste like fish, chicken wasn't fully fried and meal content was just a joke for 60 bucks plus tip. KFC in my books will always remain in the past, what a joke.

β β β β β Great experience overall. Reasonable line up at the drive through, didnβt take very long (considering it was made fresh) about 6-7 mins from order to exit. The spicy famous chicken combo was excellent. I would come back again.

β β β β β The chicken we ordered was dry, tough and cold and the fries were as disgusting. The tables weren't wiped down, the floors were sticky and the garbage bins were overflowing. The washrooms were equally filthy. This franchise used to be our favorite for more than 15 years, but today my family and I were disgusted at the condition it was in. They have lost us as their loyal customers and will loose many more, if they don't improve their performance to live up to KFC's reputation for being famous for its best fried chicken.

β β β β β Health hazard people!!!!!! I donβt even know, it seems like this place does not have a manager or anyone in charge. Everyone is rude. No one seems to know what theyβre doing. Place is a freaking mess. This place should be shut down. An absolute disgrace. Zoos are cleaner than this place.

β β β β β Great tasting chicken KFC. This location has improved customer service wise BUT that depends on whose working on shift. I've been eating too much KFC ? lately which is good for them but bad for me.
I'm their reg customer. The drive through is very slow. Avoid if you can and walk into the store to buy your food. If there is a long line up it will be slow also.
KFC has the worst fries , tasteless .....just horrible. They need new style fries and must stop selling the lowest, cheapest quality stuff. My opinion their fries are inedible, just gross !!!!!!!
There chicken strips are always good but at 2 bucks a pop....dam.
The food always backs me up....too much fried food.
The popcorn ? chicken is great and was $10 for the large portio. The price has increased and is now $13.
Even the chicken buckets ? have increased in prices to about $6. Is it me or does these chicken taste like it's been boiled instead of fried because they are bland....NO FLAVORS, no herbs, no spices !!!!
