One sentence: they take good care of you. You have a complete piece of mind. Service is excellent. Donavan is knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. Nice guy Installation was professional and highly organized. Hot tub has absolutely zero problem for two years. High craftsmanship.

I ordered a beachcomber hot tub from a local dealer in October 2020. I was advised it would be shipped and delivered within six months. The manufacturer then delayed the ship date on two occasions and recently advised that it is expected to now ship in Dec 2021 (over one year from the date that it was ordered) but even that is only an estimate. The company blames a parts shortage, but I have read in these reviews that they are prioritizing Costco orders. If this is true I guess this explains the real reason my ship date gets bumped all of the time.

My wife and I decided to get a hot tub for our house but we absolutely wanted the best. After months of researching, we found that the Beachcomber 750 is what we wanted. It was the best decision we made. This hot tub offers everything, from the incredible massaging jets to a fantastic sound system. Its perfect! The product is top notch and the service we received from Matt was outstanding. It's true when they say, "You get what you pay for". I would recommend Beachcomber hot tubs to anyone who is looking for the best hot tubs in the industry! On a scale from 1 to 10, I give Matt and Beachcomber hot tubs an 11. Thank you. Gus G. We are pretty disappointed with the manufacturer of Beachcomber products. We ordered our hot tub in September 2020, and were told in January that we should have the tub in our yard by June 2021. We understand supply-chain challenges, and we understand the delay, as it is now October 2021 and we are still waiting with excitement for our hot tub. We also understand that Beachcomber has maintained a policy of prioritizing service to its corporate customers, such as Costco, at the expense of the reputations of its local dealers. Our dealer in Langley (Darren) has been nothing short of amazing. He has kept us informed of the constant shifts in scheduling, and has done his best to keep us in the loop, while remaining positive. We have learned that the individual dealers are being verbally abused by customers who have also been waiting for their products, through no fault of the dealer, but as a direct result of the high demand for the product. Darren has done his best to maintain good customer relations, has remained loyal to the product, and is excited for us to receive our Beachcomber product. We are looking forward to getting our hot tub, and Darren has educated us as to the quality of this product. It’s just too bad that at this point, Beachcomber has chosen not to support their dealers as well as they could. Remember, folks - be kind to your local dealer. He can only work with what he has, and he's likely doing his best with an extremely trying situation.

Although our hot tub arrived later than expected (delays at the factory and not really a dealer issue), we were so pleased with the excellent service of the gentleman who did our setup. Donovan Cox was exceptionally polite, kind, knowledgeable and went beyond the call of duty to set up while I was working from home (with a toddler) in the background. I couldn’t always get there when he needed me to switch things on or off but he was so patient and and understanding. I had overfilled the tub and he simply sorted it out himself without hesitation. The information he gave was clear and simple. He friendly demeanour was an excellent representation of the company. As for the tub - we’ve used it twice so far and it has been absolutely amazing. Thanks Beachcomber.

Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered in November 2020. Original completion date was spring 2021. Then end of summer 2021. Then Dec 2021. Then Jan 2021. Now apparently Feb, "hopefully". Likely March. Now I understand the challenges and whatnot associated with the pandemic, weather issues, etc. But enough is enough. No other delayed product, large or small, during the timeframe has been off by 1 year plus with non stop excuses. How is a company's organization so off they can't provide any legitimacy in their estimates? I understand the uncertainty, but this speaks of a company that does not have their affairs in order. By all accounts, business has been booming for them and they will take all the orders they can't fill. The worst part is continually changing excuses. Seems like they'll say whatever it is to keep your order and from cancelling. During this over 1 year or additional waiting, I've seen others who've placed orders with Costco get their Beachcomber hot tubs within months of ordering. I've seen other "local" companies, in which Beachcomber really markets themselves heavily as, be able to deliver locally made products within months. Maybe this isn't the dealers, all of them, faults but they do represent the parent company. I will be cancelling my order and would not recommend Beachcomber to anyway. If you have a order outstanding, this is fair warning for all.

I purchased my Beachcomber hot tub about 10 years ago, one of the best purchases I ever made! Love it, it made my life better. I haven’t had any real issues all these years but recently I started having problems due to in part the age of the unit. I contacted the Beachcomber factory outlet in Surrey for help with my tub and got amazing service and support especially their technician Luke who has been a godsend. I highly recommend Beachcomber hot tubs to anyone looking for a new hot tub.

10 out of 10! They were very happy with our hot tub. I see here that a few people are complaining about the wait; we had to wait about 9 months for our hot tub. But we totally understand the delay due to supply chain issues around the world. Donovan and Craig were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from the beginning of the process, right to the end when Ryan came to our home and did our Wetstart Orientation. Our hot tub is so powerful and looks so good.
