Bad behaviour with emplyees and don’t care about them at all

The team at LMS is very professional and diligent. I enjoyed worked with them and would recommend their products and services for large scale projects that requires on-time delivery and detail oriented professionals.

I have worked with this company for more than a year everything was going great but after one month vacation when i came back they suddenly changed my site which was little surprising after that on february 10th i fell down on site they didn't give me first aid. After that i did not work for 1 week. When i go back next monday they send me back same thing happened next week too. I try to find out why General foremen said that they do not have work for me and I feel so bad and started crying and leave for home. After that i call to the office they send me to the yard where i have worked for long time on the welding machine and also prefab. But things was changed a new girl operating the machine and they ask m e to help her, and i was doing my job as am doing always but she complaint about me that am doing fast which is unfair because of my injured ankle i cannot move too fast and she forced me to move the cages too fast which is painful but i did not say no to any of her orders but still she continue to complaint about me and on 4th march they terminate me with the excuse of working slow and also i do not want to work anymore. Also Ken devis who is the general foremen acting like me how am walking which is very unprofessional,insulting, and the safety guy Manny also deny that i have called him and told him about everything, he said he did not remember anything at the moment . Even i have proof for that but the thing is I am an international student or part timer, and they are working from long time, maybe that's why they behaving like this. Now am doing my medical expenses by myself and my condition is getting worst day by day, i have to use crutches to walk. Because they did not file the incident report my claim also rejected. So I did not get any help from company and also from worksafebc due to lack of evidence. I hope in future it will not happen again so please think about it before join the company.
