They answered quickly and accurately all of my pre-purchase and post-purchase questions. The tub itself is beautiful, very well-made, and was straightforward to build from the kit. I was lucky to have a friend that had assembled his own tub beforehand so I could learn from his experience. I was worried about water leakage at the beginning, but the staves swelled right up after a couple of days, particularly after the stove was fired up for the first time. I am using and enjoying the tub far more than anticipated and can't wait to use it in the snow this winter. Thanks again for good service and a great product.

The craftsman ship of our Hot Tub is amazing. The stove works perfect and it is not a cheap build. It heats up quickly and works the way it should. The instructions were very easy to understand and it was so easy to put the tub together. Due to Covid there were delays in getting some of the parts and our tub was delayed "BUT" due to COVID no one was getting any of their shipments from any place. It was no fault of theirs. They always kept us in the loop. I would recommend this company to any one who wants a superior product. We are not disappointed.

They respond to emails and phone messages almost instantly. We are in LOVE with our hot tub. We have owned a wood fire hot tub previously and enjoyed it for 20 years and are looking forward to a long happy life with this BackCountry hot tub. Just a hint, when you think you can't get that last stave in to make the minumum amount of staves needed-you really can! We used two rachet strapes, top and bottom instead of the string. That allowed us to loosen and tighten to keep the bottom on the base and fit the extra stave in. Like 2 extra sets of hands!! There is nothing like looking at the stars or having snowflakes fall around you while you are enjoying a soak.

The set up was quick and efficient, the tub was packaged perfectly which was huge,the logistics of where it now resides envolved a trip across a lake to a very remote setting.The staff at Backcountry is top notch and couldn't be more helpful. My only complaint is that I should have bought this years ago
