Not only were they 2 months late delivering the hotub they delivered it with a used hot tub cover that was finally changed out for a new one 6-7 months later. The heater on the hot tub crapped out in the first year which was an $850 fix and that's not the only issue. The hot tub has been leaking from day 1. Phoned to ask for assistance/customer service multiple times and till this day, none! Strongly recommend staying away from this place!

He knew exactly what the problem was and had the parts on hand. He explained maintenance in thorough detail and was available after hours for support. If you're in the market for a tub or need a repair call these guys.

The quality and care they put into their equipment is unmatched and the customer service I’ve received through the purchasing, delivery and aftercare process has been phenomenal! Rob and his team are professional, knowledgeable, honest and accommodating, and they provide a level of service that is rare nowadays. I highly recommend purchasing a spa from this company! I love my new spa!!

He informed us that he would be in our area late the next day. He showed up just as he said he would. Rob worked tirelessly into the evening for 3 hours removing and replacing the valve and had it in perfect working condition. His workmanship was exceptional and the invoice was more than reasonable. I would recommend Rob and his company for any and all of your hot tub requirements. I have since contacted Rob for replacement neck pillows and drink tray. He set me up with a great repairman locally; I live in Vancouver and Rob is in Edmonton. He got me all the parts that I needed for the older tub. He was reasonable, knowledgable, friendly and a great guy to work with. He’s very knowledgable when it comes to gecko tubs. Thank you Rob for helping us enjoy our new hot tub, we love it!
