I know that this may not be typical but I would like to share my experience with Hot Tubs Galore. On the hottest day yet this year, one of my locking collars split allowing for water to pour out. The very next day Hot Tub Galore tech Chris came with the requisite parts and was able to get us up and running again. A big thank you to Steve, Alex, and Chris as I am recovering from perthes disease and a hip replacement and the tub is instrumental in my recovery. I highly recommend this business for their ethical business practices. They are so easy to deal with. Pa. Get the warranty, just in case and for peace of mind

The most import thing when you do business with some is honesty and integrity specially when this is your first time buying a hot tub and you have no idea. Steve is a very honest and professional business man. I bought my hot tub from "Hot Tubs Galore" and I have a very good experience. Steve, was very informative and telling us everything upfront about our purchase so we paid and he arrange the delivery to my backyard. After we turned on the tub we realized there are some issues with couple of the jets and also heater. We contacted Steve and even it was after 5pm on Friday he kindly answered all our questions and scheduled the repair. The day after, a technician showed up from "Hot Tubs Galore" and did some test and checked the tub and fixed most of the issues and give us a very good report . Steve, called us the day after and he apologized about the incident and mentioned this tub has miner issues and needs to go back to his shop. He provide us with 2 generous options : 1- pick another tub from his collection. he will wave the delivery fee and one year free warranty. 2- simply he will return the money and arrange the pick up with no charge to us. Me and my wife are very satisfied with his prompt replies and support on the issue. He handled the issue very professionally and we are glad that we did business with him and "Hot Tubs Galore" . At the end, if you are looking for a hot tub and you have no idea what is the difference between a good tub or bad one, I highly recommend to contact Steve at "Hot Tubs Galore" and consult with him and check out his massive collection. As with most people, I had little to no knowledge of hot tubs. I did my best to research hot tubs on the net and visited all the leading manufacturers in Langley/Surrey. Everyone has a conflicting story to tell and each claims that their tubs are the best and all others are inferior. Meeting Steve of Hot tubs Galore was incredibly fortuitous as never having owned a hot tub, I didn't even know what I didn't know. Steve spent as much time as I needed to explain what's what in the hot tub world. Being in business myself it didn't take long to feel comfortable that Steve is a honest person, an excellent communicator, and who I wanted to do business with. As a hot tub tech he has learned over the years whats good and what's not. He helped my wife and I to pick out the perfect tub for my needs at a little more than a third of the new price. The delivery people were very professional and the tub is now up and running and we love it. I will continue to do business with Steve as he has continued to answer all my questions and inquiries post sale promptly and will provide pamphlets or point you to U tube videos for more complicated procedures. Thanks to Steve and all his Technicians for an incredible experience! Over all a great experience!

Great experience, Steve, Alex and Chris all have gone above and beyond to make our first hot tub purchase easy. I came in very uninformed and had no idea what the right tub would be for me and my wife, after a good conversation with Steve we chose a used Beachcomber and are thrilled with the purchase. Highly recommended. This tub is perfect and more than half price of a new one that is the same model.

I bought my hot tub from Steve back in 2017 and had no problems until I forgot to power it down when I drained it. I thought I may have blown a pump, but when I got Alex on the phone, he walked me through testing my fuses, and sure enough that was the issue. I picked up a new fuse from them and they didn't even charge me. The tub is back up and running great. Thanks for making this such a pleasant experience.

As a former employee, Steve is very straight forward, honest guy who takes care of his customers. There is no one with more knowledge of hot tubs in the industry. I would recommend Hot Tubs Galore to anyone looking for a great deal on all hot tub models, and fantastic service. I have worked for other companies and nothing compares to the value offered at Hot Tubs Galore. Please support this amazing company, you will not regret it!!

Absolute Rip Off. If you want a "refurbished" Hot Tub, that comes with rotten wood structure, non-working jets, electrical hazards, improperly installed siding, a motor mounted to a rotten base (motion cracked pipe joints), removed spray foam, no pillows, "weeping" pipe joints, 2 degrees cooler than temp gauge, unbelievable/ manipulative/ unaccountable customer service, all back by a an β€œagreement” that only protects the company than Hot Tubs Galore is your dealer. Finally, after 6 weeks of heated, lengthy communications, they finally provided an ultimatum: don’t speak negatively about Hot Tubs Galore and they would β€œcorrect” some of these issues, otherwise I am on my own. I opted with the later, choosing to hire a reputable Hot Tub company paying over $1500 to correct the massive deficiency list in which Hot Tubs Galore deemed as β€œnon issues”. Some of the main issues: The electrical board was mounted on the ground and filled with water during 1 of the 5 major leaks. They did fix the gushing leaks. And after draining the tub 5 times, and offered 0 compensation. Oh – according to them, it was the delivery guys fault for all these leaks even though it was craned into position. The motor was not electrically grounded! Even though I paid for new β€œhigh quality barn board” siding, they used was OSB pressed siding and the installation was appalling. As seen in the picture, they scabbed together small bits of remnants with improper side seams and negative laps. This product would not last long in wet weather (swell, rot and fall apart) and compromise the structure. I paid to have all 4 sides replaced and they only did 3. Hot Tubs Galore β€œexperts” do not know the difference between particle board (OSB) VS plywood VS Barn Board. The structure and motor base was rotten. β€œweeping” pipe joints are acceptable amongst a slew of other issues These guys are a bunch of redneck swindlers with 0 respect for the customer. They will cut corners. If you do choose to support this selfish company, read their agreement very carefully. They will follow it and the spa comes β€œas is”. Hold back 40% of money until it is delivered/ installed and functioning. I would also recommend to have an expert look at it too. Hot Tubs Galore wrote to me: β€œwe’re considering going even further with you, as long as you agree that we’ve been fair, then we can move ahead with no bad feelings and no bad reports online about us and we'll keep you on our "good guys" list.” β€œSo please, either let me know if I’m mistaken or uninformed, or confirm that you agree to proceed amicably and do no harm to our company. However, if you disagree with our proposal and choose instead to complain about us, then this will be the end of any extras or special treatments and you can go ahead and complain online about our policy.”
