★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service from Kalleigh she was so on point! Told me about the promos going on and about the scents that were going away soon until next year. Not overwhelming at all like it is sometimes in that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great store staff try really hard to up sell and work hard to keep it safe clean and covid friendly. Spent the day at the coquitlam centre first time in a long time and this store made me feel safe. Reminding customers to not remove their mask to smell things not to use the lotion in new bottles etc they did a good job and id go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love, love the products but I was intimidated by the amount of staff. Honesty they must have had 8 employees on the floor at the same time. Lets be honest the store is not that large so in order to keep 6ft apart became a challange! I think next time I will shop from home as I felt very uneasy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get a gift for my partner since I was completely clueless on what to get. I walked in and the smell of the store is very strong and surprising I must say. However, they put a nice little package together for me and I was relieved I didn't have to search forever for something she would like. Anyways she ended up really loving it and I will return when I needed something for a woman again lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful shopping experience I think a courtroom center location. I was helped by every person on the floor, they brought me samples, answered questions and suggested great deals that I ended up buying. I would recommend the store in the staff to anyone.
