Been using the France Laure line for awhile now and my skin has drastically improved in terms of black head reduction, breakouts, and overall texture and glow! I've also dabbled in a few of their other products as well and always had good-great results. They've also redone the showroom and it's much nicer now than it was before! Good to see such an old company keeping fresh :)

Emails are left unanswered for days on end, shipments are delayed and questions about these things are met with lies and excuses! I had to wait over 2 weeks for a facial steamer that never came because my “payment didn’t go through”. - even though I was told my etransfer had been received and the steamer would be shipped out the same day. So frustrating.

I made my order April 2nd, they got my payment, but since then - no single sign they are exist at all. I still didn’t get my order, and I called them many times, left massages, sent a massage on Facebook, but nobody calls me back or contact. Really a “good way” to manage the business.

One response to an email that was short and did not answer anything I inquired about, they have not accepted or allowed me to create an account and lastly they have not answered the phone. I have had their business page open with all my items in the card for a couple days and still haven't made my purchase due to their lack of response. I am a business owner and have offered to show them my license or anything to speed up this process but no response. I even went on their facebook page and sent them a message and yet again no response. Still waiting for a response if I do get one.

I shopped with them more than a month ago. Part of my order wasn't delivered. I was told that they don't have and will ship it soon. More than a month past... Nothing was shipped. And to make it worth they don't pick up the phone or answer the emails. Don't deal with them!

Sent multiple emails and have gotten only 2 email responses 4 weeks after initial email was sent and they stated they apologize for the inconvenience and that they would like to take my order. But then never responded to my email with my new order. I would not recommend ordering from this company as you will just be ignored. Very unimpressed.
