β β β β β I hate this place. rude staff all the way. I feel so uncomfortable shopping at this place with all of the staff hovering over me. they all stalk you and put too much pressure when your shopping. they accuse you for everything that you have done. they always will stalk you and look at you for βstealingβ . this place is very uncomfortable and not a good shopping place.

β β β β β Okay, I know I'm probably not the best judge. I don't wear makeup, personally all the prices seem really high but I don't know if I can fault for that because I am not familiar.
So, what I will say is that the customer service is really good, I had a question about exfoliating scrubs within a budget, the lady showed me what they had that was as close to what I described as possible while still staying in said budget. She also showed me a couple options if I was able to stretch a little bit too which were more like what I was originally seeking.
She was super nice and informative considering she could probably see the confusion on my face

β β β β β This is my fav location! A bit small but generally not as busy as the stores downtown, which means theyβre more likely to have stock. Received great service from Amanda when I was there! She helped me out with everything and her recommendations are bomb. :)

β β β β β All sales associates are friendly and most of them have a good knowledge about products you would like to purchase especially Surma. She was very patient, kind and helped me to buy a great Cologne as a gift and wrapped it nicely.

β β β β β Went out on a Saturday in Coquitlam mall, don't do this, biggest mistake ever. The place was very busy. Busy doesn't bother me normally and they had lots of staff to adequately help everyone that was in the store. I got asked multiple times how they could help, which was great. However, my original reason for going in, they were sold out of. They attempted to help me by finding something that was comparable to what I wanted, however they were also sold out of that product as well. At this point they didn't know what else to suggest.
So my secondary reason for going in, someone else helped me, and they were great, however when I ventured off on my own to look around for a few other things that I was interested in, the business in the snow store was just too much.
As I was looking at our shadow pallets, first staff, then the customers the staff member was helping would squish me right against the product merchandise shelves. I could no longer look at the products that I was interested in as the staff and costumers were now right behind me, after excusing themselves to this area.
That's where I finally decided that enough was enough. When the busy impedes on my overall experience and ability to buy the products I want, it's time to go. So I left, without buying anything.
They got 2 * for the good costumer service i recieved when if first got there, I just wish I could I actually shopped and not pushed into the merchandise due to space.

β β β β β Love Sephora, and there's tons of sales on right now. I do wish that some of the workers had more experience with make up for mature skin. But I love trying make up and skin care products. I've never had a problem returning or exchanging a product. ??
