I dropped off some leggings about 10 days ago to get hemmed. Came back today to pick them up they're dirty and not hemmed! It took a while for the woman who was helping me to find them and when she handed them to me they looked like they've been stuffed in some dirty corner! The store was quite busy so when she handed them to me, she just ran the other way. I was so upset at how dirty they looked I just took them and went home. When I tried them on, they're not even hemmed.
Very confused by this experience....

When I went to pick it up, I waited in line (that’s fine totally get it) but then I had to wait 12 minutes for the sales rep to go find my order which was actually with all the other online orders right behind the cash. I’d already paid for it so I was just picking it up.. She said she thought it was somewhere else … it is what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even during the craziness of the Christmas rush, the staff there is so warm, friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure to spend time in this store. They also offer free hemming/alteration to your garments if you need it. Their stuff is on the pricey side but if you love it you will make the splurge!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all let me say I believe the quality of this brand is awesome. the only reason I gave theme 3 out of 5 stars is they do not pay attention to the repetitive complications about staffs attitude there, you can read in the other reviews. Although some of the staff were great but I feel the others just try to answer as quick as possible and you can not feel they really pay attention to the customers. At least they can do better :)))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the brand but the store isn't the best. It's always chaotic, clothes not folded, messy and slim pickings. Also overpriced but I do like the products. The staff was stuck up when I went there three different times. They acted like they were in some elite private club.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had a series of unpleasant experiences at this store in this past month. Staff are unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude. There’s always a younger Asian female that walks around like she owns the place and she’s extremely rude. The line up was super long and staff did not seem to care about it as I could hear them just laughing at the fact that there were customers waiting.
Yesterday, I went to this store to exchange a defective gift that I got for Christmas. The manager would not exchange or return the item as I had already taken the tags off. I’ve used the item for less than a week and it’s already falling apart. Their reasoning was that without the tags, they cannot re-sell the item. Why would you re-sell a DEFECTIVE item?
Won’t be retuning to this location ever. Lululemon HQ, please figure it out.
